📜 Terms of Use & End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using this application (Gliza), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and End User License Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use this Gliza App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

3. User Data and Privacy
We collect and use the following user data solely for the functionality of the Gliza App:

Local Storage Access: Used to upload and manage your profile picture (PFP) stored locally on your device. This data is not transmitted to our servers.

Email Address: Used to manage your account and to send you updates, confirmations, and other necessary communication related to your use of the Gliza App.

Notifications: Used to alert you when your order is ready or to provide other relevant updates.

Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties without your consent, unless required by law. Please refer to our Privacy & Policy for more details.

4. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:

Use the Gliza App for unlawful purposes.

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Gliza App.

Upload or use inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content as a profile picture or within the Gliza App.

5. Modifications and Updates
We reserve the right to update or modify this Gliza App at any time without notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

6. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. It may be terminated without notice if you violate any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Gliza App and delete it from your device.

7. Disclaimer
This Gliza App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this Gliza App.
